Three is probably enough

Why committing to a gazillion is maybe not the best move.

Only because I’ve done it before, I don’t recommend that new members sign up for too many commitments.

Yes you can:

  1. Run 10 kms
  2. Row 10 kms
  3. Do 30 pushups
  4. Drink 5 glasses of water
  5. 12 other things.

Submission fatigue

If you do the above however, you’ll get sick of pulling out your phone, recording proof-of-work and uploading it to HostageFund 8 times a day.

Pick three meaningful habits and ideally pick habits who don’t require daily check-ins and you’ll be much happier.

How does that look like?

  • Run 20 kms in the month (Strava synced)
  • Lose 5 pounds (single end-of-month check-in)
  • 3000 kettlebell swings (daily timelapse upload)

The above mentioned habit are what I plan I committing to for March and they required regular check-ins for a single habit.

Good luck!
